The 7th Edition CPRJ Plastics in Automotive Conference & Showcase was held in Wuhan China on November 2nd.This forum invited industry experts with subject reports and presented the latest technology on automobile lightweight and advanced manufacturing techniques. As a sponsor and exhibitor, BOLE CTO Mr.Liu Yupeng gave a speech about the continuous carbon fiber moulding application to the lightweight of automobile, and present the relevant R&D result.
"long-fiber reinforced composite materials directly Injection Moulding (LFT-D-IM) technology,combines the continuous production of extruding machine with the intermittent production of Injection Moulding Machine.The materials will be distributed mixed in proportion by twin screw unit, and then inject directly into the mold.the single-heat process decreases the the thermal degradation of materials,and increases the product performance."Mr. Liu Yupeng said on this forum.
